
About Diane
Diane Perry is widely recognized as an established designer/weaver of ladies’ fashions, whose creations are enjoyed by patrons throughout the United States, England, Sweden, Japan, Canada, Denmark, Ireland, and Australia.  Her hand-woven fashions are primarily created of natural fibers, using multiple yarn treatments to enhance texture and elegance.  Hues of divergent colors and woven patterns blend to create individuality within the fabric and the garment.  Â
She has exhibited her work in many Florida and Great Lakes Region Art Fairs as well as Buffalo, NY’s Allentown Village Art Festival (5 first place ribbons), Miami Beach Festival of the Arts (first place three years in a row), Beaux Arts Festival, Lowe Museum of Art (award winner), The Chesterton Art Fair, Milwaukee’s Lakefront Festival of the Art, The Michigan City Lakefront Art Festival (award winner), the Indianapolis Penrod Society Arts Fair, the Birmingham, Michigan Fine Art Festival, the Indianapolis Broad Ripple Art Fair, Carmel International Art Festival (first in medium, second in show), and Denver’s Cherry Creek Arts Festival.  Her work has gained her several regional awards as well as Best of Show Award at the Griffith Art Festival, first place in fiber arts at Roanoke, VA, and the Key West Art Expo, and she often showed at Disney’s Festival of the Masters winning three consecutive awards.
